**Q: Is this jug dishwasher safe?**
A: Yes ours go through a commercial dishwasher and are fine

**Q: Is the jug microwave safe?**
A: It is microwave safe. I've had mine for almost 2 years and it probably goes in the microwave every other day when I need to heat the coffee up after getting distracted. Brilliant quality, sturdy too

**Q: Are all parts dishwasher safe? Or just the beaker?**
A: We wash ALL parts in the dish washer so no problem there. This is one of the reasons why I bought this model !

**Q: Does this come in a presentation box with English instructions?**
A: It comes in a box. Which is ok but nothing special. I don't recall it having instructions but it's a coffee pot it's not that difficult to use.
