I opened the box and unpacked everything and was very pleasantly surprised to see two solid ½" aluminum plates with the diamond surface and labeled with the grit size on the side. Then opened the Sharpening Stone Holder that holds the sharpening stones in place, well constructed and stays solidly in place. All this for $19.99 seems impossible, I showed it to a friend and he was amazed at the quality of the sharpening stone kit either (he'll be getting one very soon I think).
