32M Kinesiology Tape

Purchased multiple times, very good to support injured joints, it is reusable too. Price is good, bigger roll than other brands, and You decide how much to use. I use it for my knees, other family members use it for ankles and wrists. Everyone prefers it to other brands.

I was expecting low quality for the price, but I was wrong. This is at least as good as the cotton strips from KT tape, and at a fraction of the cost. Strips stay on for days and days. The only con is that if you remove them before the adhesion goes bad, you have to scrub remaining sticky stuff off your skin with rubbing alcohol. That is much better than having them not stick, so it's not a big deal to me. These even hols up well when you cut them for different applications. Well worth it!

The best tape I’ve used. It sticks to my skin so well, even after sweating at the gym & showering, that it’s a little difficult to peel off. But I’d rather have this problem than have it constantly peeling off on its own. Will but again.

Sticks considerably well compared to some other kt tapes i've tried. Does get a bit itchy and leaves red marks if i leave it on too long, but by too long i mean more than a day or even two, as opposed to other tapes lasting less than 24 hours, sometimes considerably less, before making me want to rip my skin off. So if you have sensitive skin/eczema like me, this is a good brand to use. Also, it doesn't do that annoying residue thing where like with a bandaid you get clothing lint buildup stuck along the edges that then stays stuck to your skin after peeling the bandaid off -- so that's a big plus for this.

Have had back problems for years and recently my physical therapist introduced me to Kinesiology taping. Don’t know how this stuff works, but it does! I purchased this package because it has the designated areas for “pre-cuts” and has the curved edges already, so no measuring involved, or additional cutting is required. I immediately use this tape whenever my back starts acting up and it helps SO MUCH! Other tapes don’t have good adhesion, but this one does, so I don’t have to worry about it coming off easy. When I run out, will purchase more of this tape.

I got a roll of this in 2023. Best stuff ever! Finally ran out so I ordered another roll. The quality has definitely dropped off!! It’s a lot thinner than before and is not sticky enough to stay on. It wants to roll off! Why does the quality of things have to go south and the price goes north???? I can’t say I would recommend this product now. That would be a NO from me!!

This is my 2nd roll, first one lasted over a year. I had cartilage removal in my knee and this gives great support. I have a hard time wearing a knee brace because of my sciatic nerve. This does not irritate my sciatic. It is also easy to use, like putting on a bandaid.
