A: Coffee is roasted in the 190 to 205 degree range. They say a light blend of mild tasting coffee on the bag. Kinda vague. It not very oily or highly acidic so it's more of a medium to light roast. I use flavored creamer, so I'm not sure about nuances of flavors. I've dranken it black, but don't remember anything that stood out. It's $5 at the store I buy it for a lb. So not very expensive. Worth trying to see if you like it.
