It doesn't have a distinct flavour to it and so we can play around by adding different flavours to the icing .

**Q: Can i use this for making macaroons?**
A: Yeah you can but it won't get exact product since it replaces egg you won't get Macrons feet(height). although taste will be similar just a bit starchy.

**Q: Can i use this as on my cake frosting**
A: Yes you can but it won't taste like frosting it will taste more sugary and starchy.

**Q: Can this be added to stabilise butter cream or macaron batter???**

Baking time is much longer but in the end you will get merengue cookie, just prepare to wait a lot. It tastes like mostly sugar though. If using for royal icing then go for it.
