Some people have been saying that it does not come with thermal paste, so I bought some artic MX-4 paste. The cooler did come with a small tube of cooler masters own thermal paste, but I still used the one I bought separately because it looked like it had more of whatever conductive metal was in there in the tube I bought because it was a darker gray than the one that came with the cooler. I like how you get a 2 to 1 fan splitter with the cooler so that if you have 2 fans mounted on the radiator, you can connect both fans to the CPU fan header on your motherboard which opens another spot for a case fan and allows you to have both CPU fans change speeds based on the CPU temp. When I installed the cooler, I felt to make sure it was mounted to the motherboard well, and even though the mounting bracket for the cooler is plastic and feels cheap, it holds the cooler really well. The cooler only comes with one fan, but comes with wire clips for 2 fans, so I took an extra case fan and put it on the other side of the radiator to get double the airflow. The fan that comes with it is not as bad as some people have been saying it is, it will work fine and it seems to be pretty quiet and push a good amount of air. It would be nice if the pictorials were a little clearer, as when you install these some years apart, it's easy to forget how they get mounted. Obviously, if you're building computers every day, this is not a problem. In addition, it would be nice if the fan unit itself indicated air flow as they used to do with a little arrow.
