I have not taken it down yet, but it looks like disassembly and storage will be just as easy. The kit came with a storage/transport bag, weighted practice balls, and a tripod tee. It is a great set for the money and it’s quality should last a long time. This is a pretty large net, I can't imagine a ball is going to get hit past it unless the batter it far from the net. It appears sturdy and even without it staked down, we weren't able to knock it over batting. Only thing that was "wrong" with it when we got it was the heat shrink on the pitching target was so tight it didn't allow the straps to be adjusted.
