It is really nice to be able to wear over a shirt and I immediately felt that the brace was helping make some corrections to my posture. I was also hyper aware of the things that I have been doing because the brace doesn't allow you to slouch or hunch over like normal!This is a really nice brace that is very versatile and could work for many different people!
