This book is both comprehensive and informative, with a solid group of authors from the most recognized trade organization in the business, the PHCC. It's got all the stuff you want and need to know: Codes, standards, how-to/ techniques, great pictures and illustrations, tools you want/need. . . This book covers BOTH residential and commercial plumbing, so you're not left scratching your head in some of those cross-over mixed jobs. Well worth the money in my opinion, and I would definitely recommend it.

From what I can see thus far, this is the one you want. This book is both comprehensive and informative, with a solid group of authors from the most recognized trade organization in the business, the PHCC. It's got all the stuff you want and need to know: Codes, standards, how-to/ techniques, great pictures and illustrations, tools you want/need. . . This book covers BOTH residential and commercial plumbing, so you're not left scratching your head in some of those cross-over mixed jobs. Well worth the money in my opinion, and I would definitely recommend it.
