It took a little patience but he made good on his word and sent a driver to my home to pick up the defective arcade and he promptly refunded me with the sincerest apologies for the defective arcade. So even though I was disappointed that my sons arcade didn't work, I also realize these things happen and when they do it's great to have good customer service working with you. I personally feel it is probably an awesome machine from what I could tell but somewhere during transport it was damaged so I'm not going to hold that against the seller. By the way it's a really sturdy super cool old school looking arcade and it has wheels for mobility. I was immediately impressed just seeing it out of the box.
