Is this stroller too short for a 6 year old?

It might be. I purchased for my 2 year old granddaughters. It was just about right for them. They will get a few years out of it but not sure about 4 years. Very nice stroller but probably not for a 6 year old.

Is this stable and easy to push?

Yes, very easy to push. My 18 month old grandson and 2 year old granddaughter both love it! Light and easily maneuverable for them. Should not be used as a walking aid for new walkers.

Could this fit one of the Adora 20 inch dolls?

It will not, the canopy will not close. The ideal size is ten inches even twelve inches.

Can anyone give me the height of the stroller? Would be for a 78cm 18 months old, appropriate? Thank you :)

The height from the floor to the top of the handle is about 20 1/2 inches. It's rather small but I think it will be just right for my 19-month-old grandson. Probably too small for older kids. I have a 14-inch doll in it which is about right. Anything much bigger than that may look a little too big but will probably fit.
