Feels a little unstable. I can do the side to side, sometimes slipping a little, but trying to do the crunch upwards makes me feel like I'm going to break the machine.I like the concept, I don't regret the purchase, but I'd recommend that you're smaller in size.As for those complaining about it working your upper body, they must not have paid attention to the advertisement.
