After a move we ordered a new tree. Our princess loves it. It has helped to take her mind off the scary new place.We had a small issue with one piece so I emailed the compay. They sent a very quick response willing to make the problem right.I can't recommend this tree enough. Well made and heavy. The problem we had with past trees were from them moving around when the cats jumped on them eventually wiggling the hardware enough to pull it through the wood. This tree is not going to move even under a large cat. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Purrrfect for my Cat *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2019* I wanted a cat tree that was sturdy and not flimsy. This cat tree fit the bill for me. Absolutely no regrets about buying this cat tree. It is solid and not teetering and swaying like my previous cat tree. My cat was climbing on it while I was putting it together. He loves sitting and laying on the high perch. He has plenty of room to stretch out and sleep without part of his body hanging over the edge. He hasn't tried the baskets out too much. It took a couple of hours to put together by myself, but overall it was fairly easy. Weighs about 100 lbs once it is all together. Came in two boxes. Had to use a hand truck to move the boxes to my setup location. Once you get the base started, move it to where you want it and finish building there. Only improvement I would make is to hang some cat toys for the cat to play with at the different levels. Something they can swat at. I figured you'd get what you pay for and I feel it's worth the $200. They play fight on it, slapping each other faces and then sleep in the "sacks".
