I'm 48, olive complexion, have combination skin and I'm a bit skeptical of most things. After my first use, my skin did feel smooth and unlike the lotion I was using, my face stayed moisturized thoughout the day. After using for about week, I thought my skin looked better but I couldn't figure out why. After about two weeks, this moisturizer has reduced (not eliminated...yet) the puffiness under my eyes. But what impresses me most is I started to get some under chin sagging and sagging in my cheeks (where the bottom "folds" meet the upper lip). Both show a noticable improvement in elasticity. Even as I write this review, I still find it hard to believe, but for me, it really is making a difference in the elasticity of my skin. Why 4 stars and not 5: The bottle is small and for whatever reason, I need about 4 or 5 pumps (each about the size of a pea) to efficiently cover my face, under chin and upper neck once daily. Maybe my skin absorbs it more than others, I don't know. I haven't noticed an improvement in fine lines/wrinkles but it may be too soon for that.
