I was having trouble keeping my Echo 3 off the counter in a very limited-spaced kitchen, so this was an amazing product that makes the kitchen counters look more streamlined. Customer service was amazing - I was looking for a horizontal shelf (most are vertical), and in beige (desertcart only had white) - so I contacted the shippers (which happen to be the owners) and they made the purchase happen.
