Review: Low quality machine, even lower quality customer service. - Do not order from Printerland, they ask you 20 questions when trying to return despite their '30 day return' policy clearly stated on the advertisements. I've had to contact and get desertcart involved to resolve. The machine specifically is not fit for purpose, and not of good quality.
Review: Buona solo per la qualità di stampa. Per il resto statene alla larga! - L'unico motivo per cui consiglierei questa stampante è per la qualità delle stampe a colori su qualsiasi tipo di carta: il prodotto finito (grafica o foto che sia) è degno di essere esposto in qualsiasi ambiente. Per il resto ha un'interfaccia piuttosto macchinosa: ad esempio occorre intervenire manualmente sul pannello di controllo ogni volta che si dalle preferenze di stampa si cambia il tipo di carta e non è possibile intervenire da remoto. Di fatto si è costretti ad acquistare almeno un altro cassetto per la carta per evitare di fare l'andirivieni tra la postazione PC e la stampante! La gestione della carta in generale è piuttosto misteriosa: ci sono delle tipologie preimpostate assolutamente generiche ("tipo carta di alta qualità" o "Cartoncino leggero") ma non sono indicate le caratteristiche più ovvie (quali il peso per mq o la finitura della superficie) che caratterizzano la maggior parte della carta in commercio... Né sembra possibile aggiungere tipi di carta personalizzati La gestione dell'amministrazione del sistema è eccessivamente complicata e il manuale di assistenza si limita alle informazioni minime indispensabili per avviare la stampa. Inoltre è eccessivamente (e anche inutilmente a mio avviso) ingombrante. Da tener presente che i toner forniti con la macchina hanno una capacità molto inferiore a quelli venduti separatamente: circa 800 pagine in full A4 Ogni volta che si riavvia spreca un foglio di carta (a colori!) Per non parlare del costo dei ricambi originali! Se perdete la passwor di amministrazione siete fregati: il servizio di assistenza non vi aiuterà. Sono certo che a parità di qualità di stampa altri prodotti sono di utilizzo molto più immediato: cercate altrove.

A: Thank you for enquiring about the Versalink C7000V_N, this machine is a printer and as such does not scan. However, your best option is to look at the Versalink C7020V_N which is an A3 multifunction machine which has scanning capabilities.

**Q: what is the maximum paper weight ‘gsm’ this printer will print**

L'unico motivo per cui consiglierei questa stampante è per la qualità delle stampe a colori su qualsiasi tipo di carta: il prodotto finito (grafica o foto che sia) è degno di essere esposto in qualsiasi ambiente. Per il resto ha un'interfaccia piuttosto macchinosa: ad esempio occorre intervenire manualmente sul pannello di controllo ogni volta che si dalle preferenze di stampa si cambia il tipo di carta e non è possibile intervenire da remoto. Di fatto si è costretti ad acquistare almeno un altro cassetto per la carta per evitare di fare l'andirivieni tra la postazione PC e la stampante!
