**Q: Jooki...can i purchase additional figurines? my kit only cane with four! i see there’s a 5th grey knight that i didn’t get. 😏**
A: I did purchase the additional figures for the jooki, I only got four of them.  to this day, I still haven't figured out how to get them to work with the jooki.

**Q: What type of plastic are these made of?**
A: Hello. Sorry for the late reply. We had to talk with Designers/Engineers ... :) The soft plastic part (bottom) is "TPU" and the hard plastic part (top) is "PP". **Q: If i order 2 packs, will i be able to do a total of 10 additional playlists? or would i just have duplicate tokens for 5 playlists?**
A: Yes, as long sd card memory allows it.

**Q: Where do the tokens go? And how do these differ from the  "characters" that come with the player?**
A: Thanks for your question! The tokens have the same function as the characters, they trigger playlists when put on top of Jooki. They're handy for kids around 6 years old and more, as you can customize them with stickers, write on it (or draw!). It makes it then easy to recognize the playlist they're associated with.

These are great little additions to the Jooki player. I see a lot of negative reviews saying they all link together. In order to avoid that, all you need to do is put the token on the Jooki, go to the "Tokens" part of their app or website, and give that token a unique name. Once it has a unique name, it will not link to any other tokens.
