Review: which is fantastic. The breadboard is instead mounted with screws - The breadboard: The breadboard does not have that nasty adhesive foam, which is fantastic. The breadboard is instead mounted with screws. The holes are pretty big, which allows for larger gauge wires to be inserted without any issue. The large holes also allow for most DIP packages to be inserted without bending the pins. The clips are reasonably tight, but not so tight that excessive force is required to insert or remove components. The power rails are not marked, so I would recommend marking them in some way to indicate power and ground. Overall, a pretty darn good breadboard. The backplate: The backplate is made of a pretty strong plastic rather than metal. You would think this is a disadvantage, but it actually allows you to drill holes in the plastic. This lets you customize the breadboard rather extensively, for example you could solder jumpers from the power rails to the binding posts. The posts themselves are not of particularly remarkable quality; they aren't the best, but should suffice. The plate is backed by four extremely grippy rubber feet. An important point to note is that the breadboard does not seem to have any threads to hold the screws in, so if you unscrew the screws too many times, you may need to affix the breadboard to the plate in some other way.
Review: Not worth $10, never mind $25 - Back this thing goes. Open it up, immediately two of the rubber feet fall off. Peel off backing, self adhesive feet? Really???? The sticker, which looks like a piece of brushed aluminum in the picture, was applied by a monkey and is peeling off. The breadboard is lopsidedly screwed to a cheap plastic plate. The V1, V2 & V3 binding posts are super cheap and V1 has plastic deformation that would prevent a standard shrouded 4mm plug from inserting. The breadboard itself is not any better than typical made in China fare. I'm willing to pay $25 for an excellent quality breadboard. This is horribly overpriced garbage with Global Specialties' name slapped on it.

One of the best breadboards I've ever used. Way better than the cheap ones sold now.
