Built rock solid. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good size for travel and overall good value *by O***E on February 20, 2014* I noticed that there is a single star review that have pulled the average ratings down. This is quite unfair as it relates to a seller/ transportation issue rather than about the product itself. I have owned a good number of foam rollers and I can say this is like a little brother of the Triggerpoint grid roller. It is smaller which not only makes it good for travelling and going deeper on certain parts. The ball (as with any Lacrosse ball) is great, I have a spot on my shoulder where this hits the right spot and offers a good bit of relief. This is not going to be the main foam roller but a good secondary one after you get a bigger and slightly longer ones. That said, so far, they have held up with weekly use.
