Without a spare dry filter, replacing the wet one into the air cleaner is a bad idea. You may want to use compressed air from the inside of the filter to remove the dust (do not forget to wear a dust mask) and then replace it. I do three steps; compressed air, wash, and allow to dry. **Q: Will this filter fit the Delta 200 which takes a 24x12x1" filter?** A: I do not have an exact answer to your question as I do not have a Delta 200 air filtration system. However, just based on the dimensions of the filter you are considering, 24 x 12 x 0.5 the frame is 0.5 narrower which may make it loose in the housing and allow dust to bypass and due to the thickness/filtering capacity it may not be suitable for the Delta unit. Only a thought, not a practical experience. **Q: How many microns does this filter down to?** A: This filter cleans down to 5 microns.
