Would highly recommend!!!!!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Used to replace a 25 year old keyless system *by R***A on October 12, 2024* I used this AUTOHAUX keyless system to replace a 20+ year old system that had quit working in my 1970 GMC truck. The wiring was the was same, down to the colors of the wires. Even the new actuator mounting hardware was the same as the old actuator hardware. I just cut the wires off at the old keyless module connector plug and spliced the new keyless module connector plug into the existing harness. Everything works fine This new system uses one 5 wire lock actuator and my old system used two 5 wire lock actuators. There doesn't seem to be any physical difference between the new and old actuators. So I didn't need to replace my existing lock actuators. By having two 5 wire actuators I can lock all doors by manually locking either door. With the old keyless module, the driver's door lock actuator would not unlock the door. Just by changing out the old keyless module with the new keyless module got the driver's door actuator working again. The range on these remote key fobs is great.
