Beautifully made. I have wanted a traditional Brown Betty teapot for ages. This teapot is perfect with the brown glaze inside too. Lovely solid quality. Authentic Heron Cross Pottery marked on the base and made in England. We chuckled when I opened the box as whoever packed the teapot in the box, took great care. The teapot was so well wrapped and cushioned that there was no way it could be damaged.

A very good traditional teapot
A very good teapot which holds a decent volume of tea! Very well made, traditional and unlike previous teapots this doesn't dribble tea!

Beautiful brown betty teapot
Beautiful teapot exactly like the original one which was accidentally broken and was over 50 years old. Packed with great care for delivery. Very pleased exactly what I wanted.

Be careful
I was very disappointed with this purchase, the lid didn’t fit properly so I had to try and hold it in place which was difficult because it was very heavy. Sorry but it went in bin. Maybe it should have been returned but it was easier to discard in recycling

Not quite what I expected
This teapot isn't red-brown earthenware, as I was expecting and wanting. It's white porcelain, glazed dark brown. However, it is a nice teapot, and I'm happy to have it.

Classic teapot, no drips when you pour, and it is a generous size. The company are a real pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Highly recommended
