Review: Now that I know.... - First, vibration isolation is important. This product looks great and fits well. The only problem is the stud is fused with a 22ga plate and cannot take ANY torque. I suggest 7-9 lb' or far less than you would normally torque a m8 bolt. The break very easy....

**Q: Can this be used in a Horizontal mounting (sheering force) or just vertical (compression force). The weight supported would less than 50#**
A: I use mine as horizontal mounts for the fan assembly and motor for the blower on my furnace. Working great so far - after a year of use - but bear in mind that I'm not an engineer and I don't know what you use you have in mind for them. Every shop I went to said my blower unit couldn't be repaired because of its age - about 65 years old - and that I needed to install a new furnace system which would have cost me about ten grand.

**Q: I am desperate, can this little rubber feet really quiet dowm the ac condenser outside of my bed room ?**
A: These rubber stud works well as vibration absorber. However, mounting location is very important as well, because you don't want to sleep beside a runing compresser. In your case, you should consider relocate your outdoor unit. Better talk to a techniciant.
