The backs of the cards started chipping and this doesn't happen despite shuffling the decks many times. So this was a disappointment for me. The overall card stock is Matt and feels good in the hand and it's easy to shuffle. Book is also nice ,gives you a deeper insight about the card meaning. Would not suggest a beginner to start with this ,later after some practice he/she can opt this deck for sure. These cards are a little different and can help you get deeper guidance ,if you focus more on the intuition part than just the meaning and the approach given by the author in the book.
