Technical support poor. - Could not adjust from the short to the the long view range. It is not done in the app. The device works great for short distances like 3 cm (about 1.5 inches), but I wanted to be able to look about 500cm (20 inches) also. My requirements are well within the stated specifications. I think mine is missing lenses but desertcart customer could not find the problem. I called three times and they cant tell me how to adjust it. They thought the charging cable was the problem even though it is fully charged and a WIRELESS DEVICE.
