Review: Fantastic Broadheads - These broadheads have performed so well for me. I love the simplicity and durability. I have shot several whitetails with these and each shot was a complete pass through, great blood trail and honestly most of the deer I could either see fall or hear them crash. They went less than 100 yards each time with one of them not making it more than 25 yards. In one quartering away shot my arrow went right through the off shoulder and still buried in the ground. These broadheads shoot just like my practice tips, they fly quietly and they are affordable. If you do your job and place the shot properly these broadheads will not let you down. I haven’t tried to sharpen any of the ones I’ve shot deer with yet but they are completely un-damaged and I’m sure they will sharpen right back for more use. I will buy these over and over again

**Q: Do these fly exactly like field tips?**
A: Mine shot about 6 inches lower then my field points for everything out past like 10-15 yards. I had to move my pins for that other side they seem pretty consistent. I do wish that they came with a practice tip.

LUIS R. believe it when I tell you how strong the G-5 100 grain-montec broad-heads are!! one year I split a 9or 10 th rib and still took-out both lungs- it was one of those odd-angle shots,but he was starting to look like he was going to turn and run away.you know some time you have to take the shot that is presented to you,{ or later kick your self for not taking it. any way I had to re-sharpen the three blades, but only a few passes with a fine-tooth file, and I used the same broad-head to take a big doe a month later! it's a great broad-head !! hope this help's, and good luck in the coming hunting season!

**Q: Will it fit a 5/16 in arrow?**
A: Montec will fit all standard size arrows. The cutting diameter is much larger than the arrow shaft allowing zero to little drag on the arrow shaft.

**Q: What are the best broadheads that give the deer a lot of damage but is accurate at close range but also up to 60/70 yards**
A: Justin,The Montec would work great for you as well as the T3 or the new broadhead we are going to release in a month or 2 called the Deadmeat. If you do choose the Montec please also get a pack of the Montec Preseason broadheads to be used for practice and sighting in.

These broadheads have performed so well for me. I love the simplicity and durability.
