I ended up getting my foot caught in it and dangling in a mid air split combo until the gym assistant came heroically to my rescue. So I decided to do the right thing and learn how to do a band assisted pull up at home. After looking at the recommended band sizes/weights, I went with the green band. It arrived, and I rushed into my garage to try it out. It is sturdy, well made, flexible, fits perfectly on the pull up bar at home. The only issue is that I vastly underestimated my strength andkinda underestimated my weight. At 181 pounds, I currently lack the strength to do more than use the green band for an extended stretch while dangling from my garage pullup bar. But, when I can finally lift myself more than 2 inches, this band will change my life. Highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprised and Impressed! *by F***Y on Reviewed in the United States on March 20, 2018* I had no idea if these bands were going to be good or not, but they're SO good that I came on here to write a review. I own the red and the black band only. I do not use them for pull-ups, but rather for doing resistance training with my body (i.e. - standing on the band with two feet and lifting the band upwards to work my shoulders). There are a TON of videos on Instagram using these bands for resistance training. I am SUPER pleased with these actual brand of bands though. I wasn't sure what to expect because I've never heard of them and wasn't sure how well they were made. They're thick and strong! I mostly use them for shoulder mobility drills & as a way to work on my posture to offset the soul-sucking & posture-destroying effects of sitting infront of a computer for 10hrs a day. These bands are of excellent quality & seem to be the best value of all the bands available on Amazon. I recommend the "Red" for shoulder & posture work & going with heavy resistance for hip mobility work. There are some great videos on YouTube to really help out as well & you'll get darn near instant relief when following the videos!
