More than that though, the design is something almost out of a 1930's sci-fi film. you will know what I mean when you take one out of the pack. Not the smallest of bulbs but then again, for giving out the equivalent of 120w of light, you wouldn't expect it to be.As well as the LED's that you can see around the centre of the bulb, there is also an LED right on the end to give a good spread of light.If you re new to LED bulbs, they are so much better than fluorescents for a number of reasons: The are at their brightest immediately and don't require time to warm up, They use even less energy for the same light than a fluorescent You have the option of a number of light colours, by that I mean you have a yellow colour which is more like the fluorescent which is good for ambiance but for me I prefer the white light/daylight colour that allows me to see clearly if I am doing close up work or craft work.These feel and look like well made and quality bulbs, because of this and the above, these are getting a 10/10 from me a definite recommendation ### ⭐⭐⭐ These bulbs look and feel well made, however I ... *by P***S on 8 March 2018* These bulbs look and feel well made, however I was suspicious of the 15w claim. When I tested the lamps I found the power consumption to be just 9w. So describing them as 15w is very misleading. Also the lamps run very hot which makes me wonder if they will last. On the plus side though, they use a proper high-frequency power supply mounted in the base of the lamp which produces a clean flicker free light source. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Well Made and nice to look at *by G***Z on 20 January 2018* There LED's are exceptionally well made and very bright and have good heat sinking (cool LED's = long life), although not as pretty or as representative as the incandescent look filament type graphene LED designs, they are far brighter than the former, should have a longer life-span and ideal for the exterior coach lights which is where I have used them.
