In addition, I had a small problem with the hot weather in my area and when it was delivered I knew the shelf life was compromised. I explained this to the Seller and they were very responsive, and helpful. I was very satisfied with the help they provided. I would certainly buy from them again and do recommend this Seller.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the meat actually carved off the cone, or is it thinly sliced like most pre-packed gyro meat?**
A: It appears to thinly sliced like pre-packed gyro. It is good but it is rather bland..

**Q: The package was Horrible, no ice and take a long time to deliver I think six days why?**
A: The Pkg container they use is packaged using DRY ICE, It evaporates rather than getting things wet. Perhaps contact the carrier who delivered yours because they usually deliver 2-3 days I believe.

**Q: is it halal meat?**
A: Yes this is Halal meat.

**Q: how do you cook it if frozen?**
A: You can find the cooking instructions on our product listing page - it is one of the images.  We recommend that you thaw before use.  You can cook from a frozen state but it would be difficult to separate the Gyros Slices and you may have to break them apart.  If you are cooking from a frozen state - add 60 to 90 seconds to preparation instructions listed on our product listing page.  Preferred method is Stove Top - Heat both sides of gyros slices on medium heat for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes per side.

I've tried a few of these products from other vendors, and found this Kronos product to be the highest quality among all those I tried. ### ⭐ Kronos delivers, only the food may be defrosted

I ordered 5 pounds of their gyro cut meat. Cost me about $100 including shipping but I figured that it would last a while. It came a few days later in a box marked "Keep Frozen" in big letters. I opened it immediately and found a very nice styrofoam container containing a bag with five pounds of barely chilled pre-cooked meat. It seemed cool enough to take a chance and I heated it and tasted it. Pretty good, like most gyro meats you can get in a restaurant or food court (I suspect they are all made at the same place). I was asked to rate it and I mentioned that it arrived completely defrosted and nearly room temp. I was not asking for anything and did not initiate the rating. Kronos responded that they packed it in dry ice and it was delivered within 24 hours so it could not have defrosted. I hate it when someone tells me that a clear fact is impossible to have occurred. Would have been happy if they had just said "Sorry, please try us again." As you can guess, I will not try them ever again.
