I was surprised how small it was and how accessible the buttons were. The visual indicators are also very clear and easy to understand. Connecting to hearing aids is quick and easy. What really stood out for me was the exceptional customer service that Keephearing provided. Despite the fact this was over £100 Cheaper than the vendor the NHS audiology department recommended (even with the NHS discount voucher) it's still a lot of money and I'm a pretty demanding customer. I had difficulty connecting the Multi Mic to my daughter's hearing aids due to the audiology department disabling certain functions on them. Keephearing had a qualified audiologist who knew the product in touch with me in no time. Issue resolved. I would recommend this supplier to anyone and they will be the first place I look for any similar products in the future. 6 stars out of 5 for customer service!
