I just want to try on my own for 1 year. 2= The following applies not only to this Posture Corrector but for any being sold [ as told these try to help remind you to stand tall its the exercise that is going to do the most good ] Sorry people there is no easy fix3= Me I am 61yr old male & do construction work / I ware it all day / its hard to bend over4= how I put it on = I slide it over my head like a tee-shirt I stand with my heals against a wall & pull my shoulders back [ you will feel the chest stretch ] Then grab the 2 straps move far away from the wall while maintaining thatposture pull the straps backward as tightly as I can stand it and hook them up. then one side at a time I a-line the 2 belts one on top of other then do the same to other side. Yes it is going to ride up under your armpit. I have use it with an without a tee-shirt and it does not matter to me.5= Now you have to adjust all your chairs even the car seat so that you maintain 90 deg. angle[ lets say] then sit all the way back in that easy chair along with the office chair - dinning room chair or any other chair you sit in . If you lean forward in the chair keep that back straight .6= You have to keep a straight posture on you mind all the time.
