The Pivot Works front fork rebuild kit that I used had very stubborn fork oil seals, even after watching a few YouTube videos (using the cut 1 3/4” PVC pipe to tap them in), those seals were not budging - at one point I thought I might’ve actually torn one of the seals, so I stopped. I must’ve spent three hours trying to move those seals, in between the tapping, trying different things, modifying my handmade driver, and out of desperation I gave up and bought this tool. It took me about 30 seconds of tapping with this tool - The sheer weight of this tool drives that seal in easy. Wow!! So worth it. I bought the 37mm for his dirtbike and the tool itself is almost like one of those artsy desk puzzles… a blue anodized diamond! This tool has some serious weight to it, but like in a good quality way. The craftsmanship/engineering is top notch and ease-of-use is definitely five star. Unlike the other reviewer‘s mine was brand new, not used/returned.Although I’ll probably never use this tool again, I’m keeping it. Motion Pro did me a solid with this thing, less stress, time savings, and reclaiming my garage space back by getting this dirtbike back together, so worth it! If you’re using Honda OEM bushings and seals they might ease in a lot easier and you might be able get away with using the PVC tool technique or a cheaper alternative, but if you bought the Pivot Works rebuild kit for your forks, get ready for a struggle. This is the SOLUTION!! Even though it is tempting to go cheap with things like this I recommend paying more for the better tool. Driving a fork seal home can be a real challenge using one of those plastic drivers that are designed to work on different size forks. Motion Pro makes great tools and you will appreciate how well made it is.
