I love that I can fold it up, that's what I wanted and I also love that I can change the angle depending on if I'm sitting or standing or lying down or whatever!I suppose the downside, if you could call it one, is that it's a little weighty if you are carrying it in your purse. (This is important to me). It is a heavy duty stand (no flimsy joints that move while a phone or tablet is on it).I was able to set my Nexus 10 on it, make adjustments to the angle, and type without it toppling over.
