I live in a subtropical climate and years later the u channels look the same as when I bought them. I have bought other ones for my greenhouses that were aluminum with plastic coated wire they did not hold up at all. (only one season) This time for what ever reason it was delivered with out the wiggle wires. I live an 1.5 -2 hours away from a ups drop off location, Amazon contacted the company they replied the next day. The company had us send them some pictures with the product and shipping label A new product was delivered the next day!
