The float lever "sticks" in the "on" position even after the water level goes down to normal, causing the bilge pump to run continuously and eventually burn it. Spend the extra $$$ ($40 - $60) to get a GOOD switch! ### ⭐ Broke after one use. Don’t trust your boat to it *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 1, 2019* Literally broke in the first week of use. Placed in the bilge of my sailboat. First installed and tested. It worked as advertised. I drained the water from my water tanks which drained into the bilge. The float switch activated fine but would not turn off. This is about after 15 minutes of being activated. If I hadn’t have staid on my boat it would have ran forever.
