I have been working for the last couple of years across Greece, Serbia and Bosnia in the refugee crisis with our charity Indigo Volunteers. One of the biggest challenges we face is not being able to communicate with service users. This leads to misunderstandings, time delays, and a lot of frustration for both sides. With this Travis device, people will feel heard and we will understand their needs so much better, which will lead to a better experience for everyone involved.I am also usually not great with technology, but this is so easy to navigate and the touch screen makes it almost like using a smartphone. I really recommend this to anyone who would find it helpful to communicate with people using different languages to their own, whether it be in a professional or personal setting :-) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Much better after January 2020 Updates but still only as good as Phone network *by G***E on 23 January 2020* I bought one of these in Vietnam in December 2019. In January 2020 , two new software updates came down which have made the device much much better. It is essential to have good connectivity, as without it the device is useless for any of the "cloud" languages such as Vietnamese.
