It will not go in so many details, it is more an overview with some basic examples. Also, you will find some useful documents that will help you in structuring the BPI project (plan, organize, gather team etc.).If you are a beginner in BPI this is definitely a book for you but if you are searching for more details maybe you should look on the other place.
