Do not buy this! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great souding mic *by R***O on December 29, 2017* Got this for my Uniden 980SSB. I have to say this mic works awesome. It is a little tedious to take apart and put back together which I did twice already. I knew from reading reviews that there were adjustments inside the mic. What I didn't know is what exactly they were for. Opening the box didn't help either because it ships with no instructions. I did some searching on the web and using my talkback I figured it out the adjustment on the left side changes the tone of the mic making it lower or higher and the other adjustment is the gain of the mic. Also as is obvious the echo level is right on the front of the mic. I found this Mic to work well with a deep sound, certainly not cheap sounding at all.
