I could not believe the way the bags under my eyes disappeared. I could see a difference in the first eye before was done with the second one. It did tighten the skin but I found that after awhile the tightness disappeared, so no biggie in my book.As to the problem people have had getting the product out of the container, I pushed it 10 times with no result, then I covered the opening with one finger and pushed it 8 or 10 times again, and it worked perfectly. So anyone who still has the container, try covering the opening and then pushing. It is like priming a water pump, there has to be pressure before it will flow. That being said, for the money you should not have to fool around to get the product out.It does work on under eye bags. I have had bags under my eyes since I was in my 40's, put it down to not enough sleep and stress. I hoped after retiring maybe they would go away, but no such luck, figured I was just going to have to like with it, but no longer.I highly recommend this product !!!!!!! I have not tried it anywhere else so can not review that. ### ⭐ CAVEAT EMPTOR!! *by M***E on May 6, 2019* Ok folks, I’ve seen commercials and infomercials for this product for over two years now. They all praised this product for being the next best thing. Right before your eyes the product was applied and then abracadabra presto changeo, no more puffy eyes or eye bags. Gone with the wind. The aunt, uncle, father or whomever the product was being demonstrated on was a new creature...just like that.With that being said I ordered the product. I also read several reviews both good and bad. It was delivered before the due date. I read the instructions carefully and then applied the recommended amount. I sat quietly not moving a muscle. I could feel the product taking effect. I could feel the area beneath my eyes tighten. I waited at least fifteen minutes before returning to the mirror. I did notice there was a difference. The puffiness was for the most part was gone. I also noticed where the product was applied, there remained a visible brown colored residue. I used a damp cloth to gently wipe it away. After about two hours I could not see the change. The area was back to the way it looked before I applied the product. I did not give up. I tried the product several times over the subsequent weeks. Each time applying an amount slightly larger than the recommended amount. Bottom line. This product did not work for me. I'm very disappointed. I am returning the unused portion and requesting a refund or credit to my account. I would give it no stars if I could. If the directions were there I missed them, but after experimenting with when to apply I discovered what worked for me. My husband, who loves me with no makeup was a big wow on years it took off. I ended up applying it after makeup as my makeup made it disappear. My family and friends complimented me on my "rested" look, unaware that it was the plexaderm. My plastic surgeon friend told me to not use it daily as she said it thins the skin. Bummer, but I use it when I'm being photographed or dressing up. I don't want to send photos of "before" so no photos.I just now read another review that said it is awful & I disagree. It took me several tries to get it right but I promise I have never had so many compliments. I’ve never had any surgery so when people tell me I look “beautiful” when I’m not passing out money, something has changed.
