Practice Makes Perfect Advanced English Reading and Comprehension

I bought this book to help my cousin with his English as he was struggling in his high school classes. This book is very organized and easy to understand. The exercises were pleasant and were perfect to help him in his classes. I barely needed to tutor him with this book.

I use this with my 7th grade child for learning nonfiction comprehension. This is an excellent option to support this skill. The articles are informative, clear, and challenging. The supplemental lessons are excellent for a 7th grader.

Like and use for studying English

I read a couple of articles and want to write a review. I speak English well, but I still can't read magazines and newspapers. Too heavy text. That's why I bought this book to practice reading. I really like the content of the book. Very modern and interesting articles. Now I read when I have breakfast. I advise everyone to buy this book who speaks English well, but is still in the process of improvement!

I think it had great variety of activities that would boost peoples reading and comprehension skills to an advance level. Absolutely brilliant. Great exercises that you can practice and apply in a real situation. I would recommend this to an intermediate learner at this stage because it's a step forward to advance your reading and comprehension skills.

If you are an advanced learner of English, this book is perfect for you! It comes with interesting texts. I recommend this book to enhance your vocabulary and confidence. All thoses texts are very current and you can find the answers at the end of the book. Excellent choice!
