They work perfectly and are as bright as the incandescent bulbs at significantly less power consumption.However, if I replace all three the dimming function does not work properly - I have to leave one of the incandescent bulbs (out of three) to have it dim properly.I suspect that this issue is a problem with the dimmer rather than the bulb as the dimmer is vintage 1980 - which is why I still gave them five stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Finally found the perfect LED replacement! *by P***S on Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2019* I tried a few different S11 E17 LED bulbs to replace the 25W incandescent ones used in my entertainment unit, but they either didn't fit (usually bigger and stuck out of the fixture, or too bright or too dim). The incandescent never lasted too long, so I had to replace them often and they are not cheap or easy to find. These are a perfect replacement for the original 25W incandescent, with similar color temperature and exactly the same size and looks. You can barely tell they are LEDs. Highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good replacement bulbs but be careful of "Dimmable" if your dimmer device is older. *by T***E on Reviewed in the United States on March 16, 2021* I have a curio cabinet that's probably 15+ years old that I recently started putting on a timer to come on and go off at certain times of the day. After a few months of this, 2 of the 4 incandescent bulbs went on it, so was looking to finally cut over to LEDs for this. The curio cabinet has a built-in dimmer knob for it's on/off switch but it will not dim if using all 4 LED bulbs. Using 3 LEDs and one of the good incandescent bulbs, makes it work and dims. This is not fault of the bulb manufacturer but more along the lines of you need to make sure your dimmer switch/device is compatible with LEDs. Most dimmer switches have a minimum wattage, so in my case based off the age of the curio cabinet, the dimmer knob/switch most likely wasn't rated for LED use since they consume less power than the older incandescent bulbs. Adding one incandescent bulb to the mix helps bring the power consumption up and make it work. Without looking directly at the lights, its real hard to tell switch is the non LED.
