Directions








Directions: Adults, The Elderly and Children over 12 years of age: Three or four tablets to be swallowed whole (do not chew) one hour before bedtime. Do not take the tablets on an empty stomach. i have trouble sleeping and i tried prescription sleeping pills and they gave me stomach pains so someone told me to try these and i love them, this is a must buy if you are in need of it

Some people claim this could just be a placebo, but, they help me sleep, so who cares! most important note is that you are advised to take 4 a night, so 50 tablets don't last as long as you initially think.
