This bags are awful - you can't scoop anything out of them and if you pour too much out, its tricky to get the excess back in the bag. I can use any size cup measure I want with these tubs, and I can easily see how much is left. The flour itself is fresh - use by date is easy to see. Also, good price per ounce - if you need to bake gluten free you know how expensive it can be so this is important. That said - for the love of God, please change the way the lid is sealed. It is extremely difficult to get open and it's physically painful to get the lid off the first time. Once it's initially opened, it's difficult to get the lid resealed. Please consider sourcing a different bucket for packaging.
