Such an important utensil to have in your kitchen, your incomplete without this. You can make a really a lovely meat curry in just 10 minutes. Your gas electric will drop significantly. I bought this as a gift fir my friends and daughter, I have 3 different sizes at home also. Everything is just made super fast

Not thick metal.easily gets stuck while shutting the lid .not easy to use,have to push hard to shut the lid.

Pressure cooker is fine,took over three weeks to get here,unable to track item,customer service sucks.

This pressure cooker has stopped working after 8 months of use. It no longer comes to pressure. I've had Prestige cookers before and know how to use them and look after them. In fact, ever since this one has stopped working, I have been using an old 15 year old 3L Prestige cooker that is still going strong! Now, that is what I call quality. I have never had to replace the gasket and it continues to work fine! Unfortunately, I cannot rely on this long term as the capacity is too small for my family. I was hoping to find a replacement gasket online, but neither amazon nor the prestige website seem to have one that will work with the 7.5L stainless steel model. I am now looking into whether I should just get a different pressure cooker rather than trying to find a new gasket! I am very, very unhappy with my purchase and wish I hadn't wasted my money!

We have used the big brother/sister to this for a few years now but as there are only two of us thought we could down size. We keep the larger one at home and use the other one on the boat where we use gas for cooking. It behaves exactly as one would expect cooking times reduced, simple and efficient to use and makes the gas go further because of it and inherent cost savings to your pocket and the planet. It is quick and easy to keep clean and really We don't know why we didn't use them eons ago other than perhaps we were not so concious as to the true cost of fuels. It may seem like an old way of cooking but believe me - it is more versatile than many cooking methods today especially when camping or boating. I hope that this helps.

Although I have an electric pressure cooker, I wanted one that I could use strictly for making curry base gravy, this was great for the job and saved around an hour and a half s cooking time and was a very reasonable price for a good quality pressure cooker

It's overall a good pressure cooker. Easy to use. However, it doesn't seem to me have any safety channel that in case of a blockage etc. pressure can be released. I also don't like the design of its bottom, which is much smaller than the body itself. So the contact surface with the stove top only fits the smallest ring, and the cooking time has to increase for this. Beware! It doesn't show in the pictures. if you don't want to always use the smallest ring in your stove for it. I almost returned it for this, but couldn't take the hustle.

Used just 3-4 times and air is passing out. The food is getting burnt. Did not expect this from amazon to sell such item. Pls let us knw if we can return?

This product is really worth for the money spent. Cooking got really fast and convenient with this pressure cooker. It doesn't make noise as old models. I highly recommend this product.
