High Intensity Retro Reflective Tape (HXREF) [1 Roll] 2" (50mm) x 10 yds White

Good adhesion and highly reflective. Placed wraps in a pattern on my driveway gates, and outlined my security sign with reflective tape. Those approaching know as soon as they turn into my driveway that the gate is closed and the the property is protected with an alarm system. I also used it in several other places to mark other places around the property where a headlight reflection would be convenient. It even seems to stick to an old, weathered, wood, 4x4 fence post, but I will not neither disappointed nor surprised if that strip needs reinforcing with a few staples, for it to stick there indefinitely, subject to the elements, might be asking too much from most any adhesive tape. But I'll let it stay on its own as long as it is able. Perhaps I will revise this review should it need staples.

I returned this before opening. Why? Because it seems like it's regular reflective, rather than retro reflective. If you're looking at this item, I imagine you know the difference. In case not: reflection will redirect light at an angle based on the angle from which the light hits the surface. A retro reflective surface should bounce light directly back to the source, regardless of the angle from which it came. In my limited testing of this product, it appeared to reflect light in a standard manner. Two stars because I did not apply it to a surface and test it in the real world.

Very reflective! Exactly what I wanted! Applied to my motorcycle Givi Outback top box for more visibility at night.
