That's what this screen protector is. You see, the problem with the "A" protectors is durability. Since they only have adhesive on the edges, they pop off when you drop them, put them in your pocket, or frankly if you sneeze while holding your phone. That's why I prefer THIS screen protector. Yes, I'm giving up some screen real estate around the edges... Big whoop. The fact is, this "B" screen protector will take a beating, keys in the pocket, dropping it down the steps, and it will shatter, so your phone doesn't. If you're picky, and really gentle, you can have the other kind. And I wish you all the best. Me, I'm not gentle. I'm brutal with my phone. Which is why this screen protector is what I need. The last tempered glass I bought (of a different brand) had left the tempered glass itself unscathed, and my screen shattered. To my surprise and relief, there wasn't a single scratch on my phone. This product did exactly what it was supposed to and that's all I was hoping for. I was expecting to find at least a few small cracks, scratches at the very least.. but there was nothing. My phone looks like it did the day i bought it. Installation was extremely quick and easy. Anybody that owns a cell phone could easily apply this without a problem.
