I get most of my headaches overnight, and placing the patch is easy and it doesn’t obstruct your movements, so you an go on sleeping normally. It takes about 5-10 minutes to start cooling down my forehead. They give you the option to place them in the fridge, what makes you feel some nice cold right from the beginning, but there’s not much of a difference really. Note that this is for mild migraines. When you get a tougher one, you need more cold than what this patch can give. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Just okay, but good for headaches. *by J***S on August 12, 2019* I read that others used these to control their body heat on hot days. I bought them for a recent work trip down to Texas. I am very sensitive to the heat and sweat within minutes of being out in the humidity. The first day I was in Dallas and I had it on and did not sweat or overheat much. There was not much humidity there so that probably had more to do with it. The next day I was in San Antonio and it was much hotter and more humid and I was drenched in sweat within minutes so this did not really do much for that day.
