I had an issue with my first order, but the seller made good on it very quickly, considering I need it for a gift exchange tomorrow. The roller and stone both appear to be of good quality. The roller is smooth and quiet. I’m sure my friend will be really pleased with her gift. Other ones (more expensive ones) are not as sturdy and they make that squeaky noise that I just can’t stand- but NOT this one! No squeaking, no noises! It works very well. There is no rust or anything like that on the product and the metal that they used looks super sustainable. (You’d be surprised but I’ve bought one that had rusty metal..)I love using this roller in the morning to help reduce the puffiness of my face, especially around my eyes. I also use it when I have a sheet mask on to help the products on the mask seep into the skin more/better.The gua sha I use in the morning on days I have really puffy eyes and face (my thyroid condition is always making me wake up super inflammed). I also use the gua sha when I have stiffness in my neck from sleeping wrong.All in all, both products are just amazing! I love using them and they make my face feel amazing!
