This dvr is awesome for the price, came with all the bells and whistles. Picture quality is perfect, looks elegant and 1tb hard drive is a big plus. It was easy to operate and get it working. Would recommend to anyone who wants to install security cameras without climbing through attics hard to reach corners. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality. Poor tech support *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2019* Cameras arrive. I just plugged them in and it was giving me image right away. After a few hours of looking, I realized it did not come with the 1TB of HDD. Amazon quickly sent me another device, same problem. They then gave me credit to purchase a HDD and it plugged right in. There is no tech support that comes with this. So you defiantly have to be techy to figure it out. Amazon is the tech support and they put you on hold for a few minutes while they google the answer. I still can’t get it to record but got it to send me motion alerts. All in all.
