Review: Flavorful and boosted energy. - As a former powerlifter, I was always looking for an edge to pick up more weight. To be candid, the only way to increase any strength is to put the time in and work out. Many things can contribute to becoming stronger or getting into better shape but the bottom line is that you have to do the reps. That means doing so on days you don't feel like it. For me, that lack of motivation became more prevalent as I have gotten older. That is where this stuff comes in. Those of you who have taken preworkout supplements before know quite well what we are looking for in a product such as this. Is it effective? Do I receive value for my money? Are there bad side effects and will it mix well? My answers are as follows: It supplies that "vibration" or "tingle" but also an almost imperceptible energy boost for a sustained amount of time. At this point in my life, I take in the mornings prior to going into the office so that I am "awake" and can focus for a matter of hours. Other products seem to supply more tingle but do not seem to allow for that sustained enthusiasm that meshes well with working. Maybe that is not the product's intended use but welcome to middle age! This is highly mixable, so much so that I will often include collagen in the mix bottle with it. I truly like the apple flavor so that helps hide or mask the collagen. As to value, this is fairly costly, but if you like the flavor and receive the desired effects, it is worth the money. Best of Luck.
Review: Honestly great! - This pre workout is niacin free and one of the cleanest around. The flavor isnt too bad but pre workout usually doesnt taste very good. The beta alanine can cause some people to have natural immune system responses (in my case my face itches after use) but the response goes away quickly. This product is fantastic and it has helped me improve my workouts tenfold! I also dont feel like I crash afterwards. I will definitely be buying this product again as well as several other ones I have used from redcon. Great stuff.

The aftertaste is terrible. It's really really bitter. I tried to like it because at first the green apple flavor was nice, but it was terrible after a few seconds.
